When does my membership start?

Your membership begins the day you sign up. Charges recur monthly on your chosen billing date.

Can I use my membership dollars right away?

Yes! Your contributions are added to your membership bank immediately and can be used toward any FLO service of your choice.

Do my membership funds roll over?

Yes. Any unused funds roll over each month and remain available as long as your membership is active.

What if I want to upgrade or downgrade my membership level?

You can upgrade or downgrade with notice before your next billing cycle. Speak with our front desk team to adjust your level.

What services are included in the discount?

Discounts apply to all FLO services, except for medications and GLP-1 injections (semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.).

What is included with Level 3 (Elite)?

In addition to your 15% discount and banked funds, you’ll receive:
 - One Evolt 360 body scan per month
 - One vitamin injection of your choice (excluding GLP-1 injections)

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

There is no long-term contract. We ask for at least 30 days’ notice if you choose to cancel your membership.
