Yes! Your contributions are added to your membership bank immediately and can be used toward any FLO service of your choice.
Yes. Any unused funds roll over each month and remain available as long as your membership is active.
You can upgrade or downgrade with notice before your next billing cycle. Speak with our front desk team to adjust your level.
Discounts apply to all FLO services, except for medications and GLP-1 injections (semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.).
In addition to your 15% discount and banked funds, you’ll receive:
- One Evolt 360 body scan per month
- One vitamin injection of your choice (excluding GLP-1 injections)
There is no long-term contract. We ask for at least 30 days’ notice if you choose to cancel your membership.
Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the individual who enrolled.

Yes! Your membership discount also applies to retail products purchased in clinic.
