Meet Tina Flores, MSN, FNP-C
Owner of FLO Wellness & Aesthetics
I’m Tina Flores, a family nurse practitioner, Marine Corps veteran, and the owner of FLO Wellness & Aesthetics in Yakima, Washington.
My healthcare career has taken me from emergency rooms and operating rooms to orthopedic spine care, emergency medicine, and urgent care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2016, building on my nursing education at Washington State University and Yakima Valley Community College.
I created FLO to offer personalized care that brings wellness and aesthetics together. Whether we’re discussing hormone health, weight management, skin rejuvenation, or aesthetic treatments, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your care. I believe in listening closely, having honest conversations, and creating a plan that fits your needs and goals.
My time in the Marine Corps, including a deployment to Iraq, helped shape the discipline, resilience, and accountability I bring to my work. Those values guide how I care for my patients and lead my team.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me at CrossFit, spending time with my husband, Robby, and our two adult children, or enjoying life with our French Bulldogs, MoMo and Jojo.
At FLO, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your concerns, and taking an active role in your health. I look forward to getting to know you.
Meet Silvia
Patient Coordinator
As the Patient Coordinator and friendly face at Flo Wellness & Aesthetics, I love creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. I'm passionate about helping people feel comfortable, cared for and confident throughout their journey with us.
I've called Yakima home for the past 21 years and am proud to be a part of this community. I'm happily married and a proud Mom of two grown children. When I'm not at Flo Wellness & Aesthetics, you'll most likely find me spending time with my family and friends, staying active, getting lost in a good book or audiobook, or planning my next adventure.
Our family also includes two much loved four-legged members: Niko, a German Shepherd, and Semper Fi, a Scottish Terrier, who keep life fun and never boring!
I strongly believe in taking care of yourself from the inside and out. I love working out and staying active, but I also believe in balance-making time for the people I love, enjoying life and taking a little time to recharge.
I love to travel and explore new places, but the Pacific Northwest will always have a special place in my heart. I'm grateful to call the PNW home and lucky to be surrounded by its incredible beauty.
I'm excited to be a part of the Flo Wellness & Aesthetics team and look forward to getting to know each of our patients and helping make their experience a positive one from start to finish.
Meet Quincey Christenson, RN
Medical Injector
Hi, I’m Quincey! Lover of Jesus, good coffee, beautiful days outside, and all things health and wellness. I’m a registered nurse, but first and foremost, I’m a wife, mama, cowgirl, and always up for a good time!
Most of my nursing experience comes from the emergency department, which is where Tina and I first met! Over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my knowledge and passion for wellness and aesthetics. One of my favorite things about this field is helping people feel confident, comfortable, and like the very best version of themselves.
I love being part of the Flo Wellness & Aesthetics team because it allows me to combine my passion for nursing with my love for helping people look and feel their best. To me, aesthetics is about so much more than appearance. It’s about confidence, feeling good in your own skin, and taking care of yourself from the inside out.
When I’m not at Flo, you can usually find me with a coffee from Yakima Coffee Co. in hand, playing outside with my kiddos, going for a run, or doing something on the farm with my husband.
