Fitness + Weight Loss Program

We have partnered with Double Down CrossFit to offer a 'Comprehensive Medically Managed Weight Loss Program | Starting May 13th

 

At FLO Infusions, we understand the importance of a holistic approach to weight loss and overall wellness. Our comprehensive three-month program is meticulously designed to empower individuals to achieve their health goals under the guidance of experienced healthcare providers and fitness experts. Through a combination of medical evaluations, personalized treatments, fitness training, and nutrition counseling, we offer a tailored roadmap towards sustainable lifestyle changes and improved well-being.

 

Program Components

  1. Initial Evaluation | Each participant undergoes a thorough evaluation by our healthcare provider to assess medical history, current health status, and weight loss goals.

  2. Blood Work Analysis | Comprehensive blood work is conducted at the beginning and end of the program to track key health markers and progress.

  3. Weekly Semaglutide Injections | Participants receive weekly injections of Semaglutide, a medication proven to aid in weight loss by reducing appetite and promoting feelings of fullness.

  4. Weekly Check-ins | Regular check-ins with our healthcare provider ensure continuous monitoring, adjustments to treatment plans, and ongoing support throughout the program.

  5. Lipo Mino Injections or B12 | Weekly injections of Lipo Mino or B12 are provided to support energy levels, metabolism, and overall well-being.

  6. Personal Training Sessions | Three sessions per week at Double Down CrossFit for three months, led by certified personal trainers dedicated to optimizing fitness and performance.

  7. Evolt360 Body Scanner | Weekly assessments using the Evolt360 body scanner provide detailed insights into body composition, helping track progress and tailor fitness and nutrition plans accordingly.

  8. Nutrition Counseling (Optional Add-on) | For those seeking additional support, our nutrition counseling package includes:

  • 1-hour nutrition start-up meeting to establish goals and preferences.

  • Bi-weekly 30-minute nutrition consults with a dedicated coach.

  • Weekly check-ins with goal-setting on Mondays and progress review on Thursdays.

  • Focus on building healthy habits, setting long-term and short-term goals, and personalized meal planning guidance.
